This project focused on the refurbishment and reuse of the existing space. The brief was to design a live/work space for a client of our choice. I created a lawyer to be the new occupier of this space.

Below is the Plan and additional technical drawings we were given to work with. The goal was to change this live in space into a live/work space, for the chosen client. 

From this, I looked at different arrangement possibilities in order to conveniently
create the desired space.

 Below is final plan that suit my occupation best.

To create visuals for this project I used Sketchup. It was the first time that I had used this software therefore I was still at a very basic, experimental stage, however I got used to it very quickly.
